Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and request details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. The exact timing of when the credit will appear on your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a discount on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter. We may require additional information from you to process the investigation, such as proof of purchase and bank statements showing the original transaction.
